is Eurians? |
Eurians is a pan European
Human Resource consultancy that supports
the success of its international and global
clients through assignments that bring people,
processes and structures into alignment
with the overall strategic direction of
the organisation. We achieve this through
tailored interventions based on sound theoretical
concepts and a careful analysis of the particular
needs of each client. We provide solutions
at the level of the organisation, the team
and the individual, as required by the specific
situation.
We understand the needs of many organisations
to operate both locally and globally and
so we are able to deploy standard approaches
and methodologies whilst respecting local
differences and cultural diversity; indeed
we seek to draw on these differences to
find creative and innovative solutions and
spread best practice within our client organisations.
We draw on an experienced team of more than
100 consultants throughout Europe who have
worked together since 1998 and who between
them are able to work in 10 different European
languages. The team of consultants are themselves
diverse both in terms of national backgrounds,
and specialist subject areas, including
for example psychology, economics, engineering,
philosophy, behavioural sciences and law
– but they all share a wide experience
and a passion for helping individuals and
organisations to develop their full potential.
In order to ensure that we can provide leading
edge solutions for our clients we have developed
‘Centres of Excellence’ in different
European countries. These Centres of Excellence
carry out on-going research to identify
and develop the best in class products and
approaches to support the services we offer.
Sometimes we develop our own leading edge
tools, sometimes we make use of third party
products and sometimes we form partnerships
with other organisations who can supply
specialist products and services. Once identified
and developed, these tools are then disseminated
and made available for all Eurians consultants
to use on their assignments. |
