| Values and
Beliefs |
For all our assignments Eurians
consultants operate within a clearly defined
set of values. These can be summarised as
follows:
Results Focus
For each assignment we establish clear objectives
with the client and identify ways in which
the results of our involvement can be measured.
We feel strongly about making the results
of our interventions visible to ensure that
the client obtains the anticipated benefits.
Diversity
Culturally diverse teams, whether teams
of consultants or teams within client organisations,
provide an ideal context for mutual learning
and for working on creative solutions to
problems. However, the benefits of diverse
teams do not come easily and can only be
achieved through openness, flexibility and
an understanding of different cultural values.
Partnership
As consultants we do not believe that we
have all the answers. Clients know their
businesses and the issues facing their organisations;
as Eurians consultants we can provide benchmarking
data and bring independent expertise, experience
and best practice solutions from other organisations.
So we always seek to establish a partnership
relationship with each of our clients –
a relationship that is characterised by
mutual learning and a respect for what each
can bring to the identification and implementation
of effective solutions.
Community
All businesses operate within the context
of the wider community and so need to recognise
and meet their ethical, social and environmental
responsibilities. In different countries
Eurians seeks to fulfil its wider responsibilities
through creative business and community
projects to enlarge and enrich what we can
offer to our clients.
Courage and Innovation
Eurians consultants promote courageous decisions
and are ready to seek out new and innovative
approaches. Sometimes we will need to challenge
our clients and put forward unwelcome proposals.
Successful change often requires the abandonment
of cherished relationships, approaches and
processes and is not achieved through timid
actions. |
